At Avoni GI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your candle purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please review our return policy below:

Return Process: If you wish to initiate a return, please use our Contact Us form to initiate the process and let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered. Please note, you may ONLY return products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will have applied to your original method of payment. Times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective items: If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will make it right by either replacing the item or offering a refund.
